Awesome japanese knife that came directly from Seki, Gifu prefecture, that I'm using for 1 month now. The blade is razor sharp out of the factory but in my opinion it needs a lil adjustment. Mcusta says 16° angle is perfect, I did a 15 and it's super sharp and STAYS sharp. The Damascus blade with its vg10 core is awesome so far. The thumb opening mechanism needed a lil bit of oil to become easy to open with just the right hand and the thumb, bringing in the nice "CLAC" that was missing out of the box. That's why I removed one star for the "quality for the price". For a 200€ knife I was expecting that to be smoother. It's a quite big knife, but I love the grip and it's size (got quite big hands). The handle isn't suited for anyone though, like my father doesn't like at all the grip haha. But for me it's a 18/20, I love it's design, very well made, and I love that blade really shape and feeling it's really an awesome knife.
